GHL Ordres Fulfilment and Shipping

Hi! New here and was intrigued by how n8n works. Im planning a project where my customer is using GHL store and we want to get the order info out to the fulfillment provider and when they have fulfilled the order and got the tracking info give that back to GHL. Have tested the web hooks but it missing info so I was wonder if I need to use API to get iy to work. Anybody have experience with GHL store and order fulfillment? Added a first draft of the prosess map. Any suggestions on how yo start the project in the best way?
