Getting around old EHR systems

I had my first sales pitch today, Also had my first no today😂. I pitched the “I’ll do this for free for you” to an orthodontist office. Here’s my key take away. Medical offices all use an EHR system that, in my opinion do a lot of what we offer, BUT they are out of date and they are in contract with that company. So how do you get around these issues?
