Email Order Automation in n8n
Hey ya'll,
I'm trying to automate email ordering for my business using n8n, and I think I'm close to it, but keep getting a few pesky errors. I'd love some advice or guidance on this. It's my first practical automation using n8n!
Here's how it works:
I email the agent with the order information (right now just one SKU for a single product)
An 'If' operator checks to make sure it's an unread email with a subject that contains 'Product Order'
Then I've set up an advanced ai, connected it with OpenAi, and gave it access to 3 tools:
- the spreadsheet where it can match the SKU with the supplier,
- the spreadsheet where it can find the supplier's email information,
- and gmail to send emails.
The problem is, my agent doesn't even check the spreadsheets. It keeps asking me for the SKU even though I gave it the SKU in the email.
Am I missing something?
