Day 3 of the Client Sprint
Yesterday I sent out the next 20 messages to fresh clinics and also followed up with 10 from my earlier outreach. It was another day of steady execution—no rush, no shortcuts, just showing up and doing the work even when replies are slow.
At the same time, I realized I didn’t want to depend only on one acquisition channel. So I started thinking seriously about partnerships—working with someone who already brings qualified leads. The idea is simple: better inputs, higher chances of real conversions, and a more sustainable way to grow the agency instead of relying only on cold outreach. It felt like a small mindset shift, but an important one.
