Day 1 of the Client Sprint
Today I’m officially starting a public sprint with one clear goal: to get as many real clients as possible for my automation agency this month. No hype, no shortcuts—just daily execution, wins, doubts, and lessons shared honestly.
For some context, I run an automation agency where I help service-based businesses, ecom stores, and agency owners automate tasks that drain their time and money. This month, my focus is on getting as much clients as possible for my AI Automation Agency
.
To kick things off, I built a list of 100 dental clinics and personally reached out to the first 20. Everything was done manually—no mass tools, no automation yet. Alongside this, I also explored AI-based roles on LinkedIn to better understand what the market is actively paying for right now. Day 1 felt simple on the surface, but hitting “send” on those first messages made this challenge feel very real.
