Curious — How Do You Handle Client Automation Projects End to End?

How do you usually manage a full automation project for a client — from setup to after it’s delivered?

Do you run it on your own setup (like n8n, Make, Zapier, or something custom) or on the client’s account?
How do you get and handle access to things like their API keys, Google accounts, or CRMs?
After it’s live, do you maintain it for them or hand it over completely?
How do you collect everything you need from the client (credentials, test data, etc.) without too much back and forth?

Just trying to understand how others handle the full process — setup, delivery, and maintenance.
