Constructive Criticism Request
Hi All! 👋 Would genuinely appreciate some constructive criticism from people further ahead in n8n/systems than me.
This is only my third workflow build. The first two were much smaller internal customer onboarding automations in another business.
This one is my first larger operational system:
- multi-source ingestion
- normalization
- deduplication
- structured AI outputs
- scheduled orchestration across multiple brands
Biggest thing I learned: the ‘hard part’ wasn’t AI, it was architecture and operational reliability.
I recorded a walkthrough of the system and the lessons from building it.
Would love feedback on:
- architecture decisions
- workflow structure
- scaling concerns
- obvious mistakes
- what you would have done differently
- or anything else
