Cal.com trigger not firing in self-hosted n8n

I’m self-hosting n8n and using the Cal.com Trigger node (“On booking created”). I’ve added my API key as credentials, but when I create a new booking in Cal.com, nothing shows up in n8n - the trigger just keeps waiting.

Has anyone run into this before or knows why the trigger isn’t firing?
