Hey everyone — quick market test.
I’m exploring a business idea:a fully personalised CRM / database system for SMEs, built + deployed fast using agentic AI workflows.
Not a generic CRM like HubSpot. More like:
- customised pipeline + fields to match the business
- AI that auto-updates records from calls/emails
- AI that drafts follow-ups/proposals in the company tone
- automated reminders + tasks + reporting dashboards
Questions:
- If you run a business — would you pay for this? Why/why not?
- What would you expect it to do for you to be worth paying for?
- Biggest concern (cost, complexity, trust, adoption, data security, etc.)?
- What price range feels realistic? (setup + monthly)
