Built My Own AI-Powered Ecommerce Voice Agent (n8n + Gemini + ElevenLabs)

Here’s the thing I wanted to see how far I could push AI + automation using only n8n and Google Gemini, so I built a complete Ecommerce AI Agent from scratch.

💡 What it does:

->Uses Google Gemini as the brain for natural conversations.

->Connects to Products, Orders, and FAQ Sheets for real-time info.

->Handles returns and refunds automatically and also inform them using email.

->Uses Sub-Workflows to send Gmail updates and log actions.

->Integrated a voice agent (ElevenLabs) that speaks both Urdu and English, making it bilingual and user-friendly.

The result: a smart, voice-capable AI assistant that can manage ecommerce operations, update records, and talk to customers naturally all on autopilot.
