With Plexaris Uganda, we're in the middle of testing our Legal Intelligence Platform and honestly? Not everything is going as planned. And that's okay. (rather not but that's how it goes)

That's exactly what testing is for.

Our team in Kampala Charles, Eline, Brian, and Phiona is doing the hard work of turning a product that looks good on paper into something that actually works in the real world. Every bug found, every edge case uncovered, every flow that needs rethinking... it's all part of the process.

Building Africa's first AI-powered legal automation system was never going to be easy. We're dealing with complex AI pipelines, multi-language support, and a system that needs to work reliably for citizens who've never had access to legal help before. The bar is high and it should be.

We're on the right track. The foundation is solid, the team is sharp, and the momentum is there.

Sometimes the most important thing you can say is: "It's not perfect yet, but we're moving forward."
