Overbuilding (before selling) has been slowing a lot of us down. Here’s my little hack the fix:
- Cap your build time at 3 hours (I recommend to keep it "short" so you only focus on the key parts).
- Record a 2-5 min demo video explaining what problems it can solve
- Send it to 10 prospects. MINIMUM. DAILY
- Only improve if someone pays for it.
