Are Skool communities...empty boxes?
What’s one data-driven decision you’ve made that actually helped your community grow or improve?
A lot of Skool communities lately feel kinda… empty.
Like yeah, the automations are slick. AI this, AI that.
But where’s the actual value? Where’s the soul? Feels like people are building these perfectly optimized machines… that no one really wants to be part of.
I’ve been experimenting with this myself—had a few failed starts, messy tries. But I’m slowly figuring out what actually matters. Would love to hear how you're thinking about it too.
