Anyone Solved Duplicate Message Deliveries in Instagram Bots?

Hello! I’m building a chatbot for Instagram, and I’ve run into an issue I’m hoping someone here has experience with.

Most times it works just fine. But sometimes, when a user sends a message, Instagram delivers the same message to my webhook two or three times. As a result, my bot processes it multiple times, replies repeatedly, and in my case, ends up booking multiple Zoom calls for the same request.

Has anyone worked with Instagram messaging and encountered this behavior?
