Anyone running an external AI agent on top of GHL? 👋
Building an AI agent for service businesses on WhatsApp. Plan: GHL stays the CRM + inbox, webhook out to my own agent (Claude + tools), agent calls GHL's API for contact/calendar data, posts the reply back into the conversation.
Curious how you'd approach this, would you run the same setup, or do it differently? And if you've tried something like it, what surprised you?
Not looking for "just use Agent Studio" because I need the logic outside their canvas.
