Anyone running an external AI agent on top of GHL? 👋
Building an AI agent for service businesses on WhatsApp. Plan: GHL stays the CRM + inbox, webhook out to my own agent (Claude + tools), agent calls GHL's API for contact/calendar data, posts the reply back into the conversation. Curious how you'd approach this, would you run the same setup, or do it differently? And if you've tried something like it, what surprised you? Not looking for "just use Agent Studio" because I need the logic outside their canvas. Thanks mate 🫡

AI WhatsApp Receptionist for medical clinics in Kuwait & Saudi Arabia
🏥 I built a WhatsApp AI receptionist for medical clinics in Kuwait & Saudi Arabia — here's what I learned The clinic was losing bookings because staff couldn't answer WhatsApp 24/7. So I built a full AI agent on n8n that: → Handles real Arabic (Gulf dialect) patient conversations → Books appointments automatically → Saves everything to Google Sheets → Sends WhatsApp confirmation via Twilio → Zero human involvement The hardest part wasn't the AI — it was the date format. The agent kept returning dates as "25/06/2026" sometimes and "2026-06-25" other times. This broke the Google Sheets logging completely. Fix: I forced ISO format in the system prompt AND added a structured output validation layer before saving. Lesson: AI isn't magic. The validation layer controls everything — not the prompt. Stack: n8n · OpenAI · Twilio · Google Sheets API Anyone else building for Gulf/Arabic markets? Would love to compare notes 👇

Anyone here working in the Wellness niche? 👋
I'm based in Bali and the wellness industry here is crazy. New studios, spas, retreats, gym, body combat, and protein bar opening almost every month. I'm thinking of going all-in on wellness as my focus niche, but before I commit I want to hear from people actually in it. 1. What's the real pain point in the wellness industry right now? 2. What are these businesses struggling with that they'd genuinely pay to fix? Would love to hear from anyone operating in this space 🫡

@Chetan Mishra makes sense, speed to lead and no-show are very on point. but, if the customer already paid and then decides to no-show, isn't that basically free money for the business? so why bother with the FU then? unless it's more about getting them to rebook for the LTV?
The one thing I fixed that made switching between client projects less painful
Nothing to do with automations or Claude Code. Just the browser. When you're jumping between multiple clients, your tabs turn into a mess fast. Client A's tools here, client B's docs there, research tabs you meant to close three days ago, proposals sitting open as reminders. I fixed this with a free Chrome extension called Tabisto. Named sections for each client, separate workspaces, saved sessions that restore a full tab set in one click. Every time I open a new tab I see exactly what's relevant instead of starting from scratch. Free, no account needed. Small fix. Saved more time than I expected. Anyone else have a system for keeping client work separate in the browser?

As a freelancer, i can say that this is a life saver. Will try it tomorrow 🫡
I built an AI Front Desk for GoHighLevel — it qualifies & books leads while you sleep
Every missed lead is money you already spent. Businesses pay for ads, funnels, and lead gen — then the enquiry lands on WhatsApp at 9 pm and sits there until someone checks in the morning. Speed-to-lead kills more deals than price ever does. So I built an AI Front Desk for GoHighLevel: 🟠 Every new enquiry on WhatsApp or SMS gets an instant reply — day or night 🟠 An AI agent qualifies the lead in a natural conversation — intent, timeline, fit — with per-contact memory 🟠 It reads live calendar availability and offers real open slots right in the chat 🟠 The appointment books straight onto the GHL calendar, confirmed 🟠 Every answer is written back to CRM fields and tags, and the opportunity advances through the pipeline — automatically The outcome: instant, round-the-clock lead response that books qualified appointments while you sleep, with the CRM kept current and zero manual follow-up. Built on GoHighLevel + n8n, it plugs into an existing sub-account without changing how the team works. The screenshots show a real booking end-to-end: the WhatsApp qualification, live slots offered in chat, and the confirmed appointment on the GHL calendar. 👇 Running on GHL and tired of chasing leads that already went cold? Let's talk. #GoHighLevel #AIAutomation #n8n #SpeedToLead #AppointmentSetting #LeadGeneration

That's amazing bro, curios: do you use WAHA or WAB? I always have a problem with WAB, but afraid of using WAHA

@Aamir Mustafa Thanks for the sharing bro. I always a problem because my client doesn't want to lose access over personal whatsapp and the 24-hour restriction kinda annoying for them. So yeah, they prefer to do manual FU or try to use WAHA
