Sign in with Google, drop your PDFs and connect your Gmail! The bot reads every customer email, finds the answer in your docs, and writes the reply in your voice. You go from "still answering tickets at midnight" to "the easy stuff handles itself and I look at the actual problems."
If you run customer support for a small team, you already know the rhythm. Wake up, open Gmail, 47 unread. Twelve are the same five questions you've answered a hundred times — "where's my invoice?", "how do I cancel?", "does it integrate with X?". The answer is in your docs on page two. You paste it. You sound polite. You move on. By 11pm you're back in the queue.
