AI Energy Crunch Is Hitting the Dirt Level

Earliertonight I shared the Huang / Rogan clip about nuclear‑powered AI data centers and AI’s new bottleneck: electricity, not chips. On that same theme, one of my real estate clients is actively marketing a site off Lake Erie specifically for AI data center infrastructure – heavy power, transmission, and access to lake water for cooling in a region that’s quickly becoming a data center magnet. It feels like the whole stack is converging in real time: land, water, power, and now AI tools that help design and optimize these AI campuses.

For everyone here, this isn’t just an “AI narrative” – it’s a physical infrastructure wave we can build on top of.
