AI Automation or AI Agents?
Everyone's arguing about which one is better.
But most people are using both terms to mean the same thing.
Here's the actual difference:
AI Automation follows rules.
You tell it exactly what to do, step by step.
It does it. Every time. No surprises.
AI Agents make decisions.
You give it a goal.
It figures out the steps, adapts when things change, and keeps going until it's done.
One is predictable. The other is powerful.
The best operators use both — automation for the repeatable stuff, agents for the stuff that requires judgment.
The mistake most beginners make is picking a side instead of knowing when to use which.
