Hi all just thought I would ask if anyone has worked with type of project before and what advice you would suggest? I am new to n8n
They required:
- Monitor a specific Gmail inbox for new emails from hotel reps.
- Detect when an introduction email is received (usually when hotel rep introduces a client by CC or forward).
- Automatically respond using a provided email template.
- Insert the correct recipient name (the client) and sender name (our rep).
- Attach our AV pricing PDF from a designated folder or drive.
- Mark the email thread or label it to prevent duplicate responses.
- Log each reply with timestamp and recipient name to a simple dashboard or Google Sheet.
Tech Stack Requirements:
- Gmail API integration
- Google Workspace compatibility
- Hosted on Google Cloud, AWS, or a platform the developer recommends
- Scalable architecture to allow future AI upgrades
Future Scope (Not part of Phase 1 but important to plan for):
- AI-generated replies based on email content (not just the template).
- Multi-language support.
- Integration with CRM.- Scheduling links based on availability.
- AI to assist with quote generation.
