Agent taking long time.

I am working on one of the deep dives (day 1). "Initialize this project based on the CLAUDE.md file" prompt did not complete after 30 minutes. I terminated it and repeated that prompt again. it has been almost an hour and still executing that prompt. Have anyone came across such issue? If so and solved it, can you share the fix? Thanks in advance.
