In the demo, I tested a payment/refund-related email. The workflow detected it as high-risk, asked for human approval, allowed draft revision based on reviewer feedback, and only sent the final reply after approval.
Iโm still learning and improving, but Iโm open to small, scoped automation projects around Gmail, Airtable, approval flows, and AI customer support workflows.
