In the demo, I tested a payment/refund-related email. The workflow detected it as high-risk, asked for human approval, allowed draft revision based on reviewer feedback, and only sent the final reply after approval.
Iโ€™m still learning and improving, but Iโ€™m open to small, scoped automation projects around Gmail, Airtable, approval flows, and AI customer support workflows.
