I recently built an AI TikTok / Shorts Content Factory prototype using n8n. Hey everyone 👋 I'm the founder of BauVet (bauvet.it), an Italian DTC brand selling dog supplements. We sell in Italy and across several other European markets, and right now almost all of our acquisition runs on Meta Ads. I want to open a second channel: a fully AI-generated TikTok page growing organically, driving traffic to the site through the link in bio. The format I want to replicate Talking-head "dog expert" style: a person in a pet-supply shop setting, holding a puppy, pointing at a part of its body while delivering one counter-intuitive tip in 20-30 seconds. Word-by-word captions, keyword highlighted. The avatar has to be the exact same person every time. The dog has to be the exact same dog. Full consistency across every video. The goal 5 videos a day at fixed times. Zero manual work: the AI generates the idea, the script, the image, the video with native audio, the captions, and publishes it. The stack I'm planning on n8n self-hosted as the orchestrator Veo 3.1 Lite via the Gemini API for video (6s clips, native audio) Nano Banana Pro / reference elements to lock the avatar and the dog Whisper + ffmpeg for burned-in captions An audited TikTok posting API for true direct post (Post for Me, Zernio or similar — not inbox/draft mode) I've already run the numbers on volume and cost. I'm not starting from zero on theory — I need someone who has actually taken this to production. I improved my email automation based on feedback I received from this community. This version now includes: ✅ Gmail email checking ✅ Thread history ✅ AI reply generation ✅ Risk level detection ✅ Human approval for sensitive emails ✅ Approve / Reject / Revise flow ✅ Revised draft generation ✅ Airtable audit logging ✅ Final sent message ID ✅ Duplicate protection ✅ Error alert workflow In the demo, I tested a payment/refund-related email. The workflow detected it as high-risk, asked for human approval, allowed draft revision based on reviewer feedback, and only sent the final reply after approval. I’m still learning and improving, but I’m open to small, scoped automation projects around Gmail, Airtable, approval flows, and AI customer support workflows.
