{SOLVED} $100 for the person that solves my n8n problem.

For the past weeks, I’ve been battling n8n trying to build a simple yet critical re-engagement system for user drop-offs—people who sign up but don’t convert to paying customers.

This workflow is supposed to:

✅ Check user status in two separate SQL database tables

✅ Merge the data to understand where they are in the process

✅ Send the right data to one of four email AI agents

✅ Help guide users through their doubts & towards the payment page

But here’s the problem…

🛑 The Issue: Merging Data Properly

I can’t seem to get the data to merge correctly. I’ve tried multiple approaches—loops, merge, filtering, merging in JavaScript, even AI-based sorting—but I keep running into issues where:

❌ Users get matched with the wrong data

❌ Some users drop off the workflow entirely

❌ Emails & documents don’t sync

❌ Final output isn’t structured correctly for AI decision-making

🔎 What I’ve Tried So Far:

• Fetching all users and filtering only those from the last 24 hours

• Pulling all document data in one go to avoid excessive DB calls

• Looping through users & trying to attach their documents

• Writing JavaScript to merge data inside a Code node

• Testing different merging strategies (Join, Combine, AI Matching)

Still, something is missing, and I’m stuck spinning my wheels.
