Hey everyone — I’m pretty new to n8n but the videos here have been super helpful!
We’ve got a team of eight sales reps using GoHighLevel as our CRM and Calendly for appointment scheduling. I’d like to build an automation so that when someone books a meeting with a specific rep, it automatically:
- Finds the prospect’s LinkedIn profile
- Sends a connection request with a short personalized message like:
- “Hey [Name], it’s [Rep Name] from [Company Name]. Looking forward to our call on [Date] — chat soon!”
What’s the best way to set this up in n8n?
- Which integrations or tools would I need (e.g. LinkedIn API, PhantomBuster, etc.)?
- And what would the workflow roughly look like?
