Hey Team, today is about adopting an ABUNDANCE MINDSET Having an "Abundance Mindset" isn't just about being nice to other agents or tricking yourself into thinking one thing or anotgher... ❤️ It's about TRUSTING that when your heart is in the right place & YOU serve others, SUCCESS is inevitable! Here's how a SCARCITY Agent thinks: "I need to close THIS deal or I'm screwed!" (RESULT: Desperate energy that repels clients) Now, here's how an ABUNDANCE Agent thinks: "If this client (or property) isn't the right fit, the perfect one is just around the corner!" "The greatest compliment that was ever paid me was when someone asked me what I thought, and attended to my answer." - Henry David Thoreau 💬 😬 Ok Team - Here's the deal: Most agents lose transactions and sales because they talk too much! 📊 THE PERFECT LISTENING RATIO: - 70% CLIENT TALKING 👥 - 30% YOU TALKING 🗣️ *Most agents do the OPPOSITE! 💡 WHY LISTENING SELLS... WHEN YOU LISTEN: ✅ Clients feel understood (builds trust) ✅ You discover TRUE motivations ✅ You learn actual objections early ✅ You become a consultant, not salesperson 🎯 TODAY'S CHALLENGE In your next 3 conversations: 1️⃣ Count to 3 before responding 2️⃣ Ask one more follow-up than normal 3️⃣Take notes while they talk 4️⃣ Summarize before offering solutions This MAGIC PHRASE will be your new best friend in conversation: "Tell me more about that..." We have to get better at ASKING QUESTIONS - Write a list of 5 questions that you could ask a home buyer.
