So here's the situation: we needed to get approved to send text messages to our tenants (think rent reminders, maintenance updates, etc). The phone carriers require your website to have specific legal pages and language before they'll approve you. Usually you'd hire a web developer to handle this. Instead, I just told my AI assistant what I needed. Here's what it did on its own: • Listened to the recording of my call with the registration rep and pulled out every single requirement • Went to my website and found everything that was wrong or missing • Logged into my WordPress site (by itself) • Built 3 brand new pages from scratch with all the legal language we needed • Fixed a typo in the footer I didn't even know was there • Fixed our company name everywhere it was wrong on the site • Added the required disclaimer text to our contact form • Made sure the links looked clean and professional in the footer • Walked me through the one step I had to do myself (with screenshots) • Wrote the email to send back to our rep saying "we're ready" • Set itself a reminder to bug me in 2 weeks if we haven't heard back That's it. One conversation. No developer. No waiting days for revisions. It basically did the job of a web developer, a compliance consultant, and a project manager - all at once, all in real time, while I was just chatting with it on my phone.

Use Case: Every Call and Meeting Gets Processed Automatically
Here's the situation: when you're buying real estate, you're on the phone constantly. Sellers, brokers, attorneys, contractors. The problem is remembering what was said, what you promised, and what needs to happen next. Here's what my OpenClaw does every time a call ends: • Pulls the full transcript from the source automatically (Quo, Fathom, Plaud) • Figures out who called and looks up any past conversations with them • Writes a plain-English summary of what was discussed • Pulls out every action item mentioned on the call • Creates tasks in my project management system (ClickUp) for each one • Assigns each task to the right team member • Logs everything to a command center where I can search and review it all in one place • Saves everything to a searchable knowledge base • Sends me a text alert with the summary and links I don't have to do any of that. The call ends and within 5 minutes everything is organized and assigned. My team gets their tasks without me having to write a single message.

Use Case: Every Call and Meeting Gets Processed Automatically
Openclaw builds I’ve made
Send a receipt and it auto organizes it in Google sheets, uploads to Google drive, and puts the link in the sheet alongside card number, amount, business, and shirt description of products purchase. Did that for my dad’s company. For me I set it up for my fathom calls with clients, it extracts action items & transcripts and verifies no missing action items & puts more detail for action items and then auto assigns it to my team as tasks. How about you guys?
