Hey guys, I’m running ads for my roofing clean right now on Facebook but my CPM is very high. I’m talking numbers like 50, 40, 70.

It’s weird though because my click through rate is almost 5%, hovering between four and five.

I’m getting a good amount of link clicks, but no one‘s actually going to the landing page and filling out the survey and turning into a lead.

I’m not running any sort of crazy offer. I’m just promising honest fair pricing and work and I’m using the headline and hook of a roof replacement for $3000 less and using it as a story because one of the client saved $3000 and they weren’t priced as expensive as the expensive guys, but they were a little more than the cheap guys.
