Looking For A New Team Member

Looking for a new team member for my SMMA Hi, Im Vlad and I'm looking for a cold caller for my SMMA I already have a fully established agency, however I am having a little difficulty with cold calling, I find it difficult to book a call with a client as I am not a native English speaker. I am looking for a person I could further grow the agency, the main requirement is a good command of English and good sales skills, I will be glad to have new contacts, feel free to hit me in dms 👀
