Looking for a Meta ads agency

Hey guys I have a hot referral for a local cabinet company in New York. They have need for SMMA and specifically Meta ads agency. They will probably start at $2-3k test and then dump $20-50k per month into ads from there. They are owned by a holding group with over 25 companies so, if you win this then you hit the jackpot and get them all!
