Hiring Expert Closers
We're looking to hire a closer asap. OTE: $7k-10k/mo, once ramped $15k/mo+
Our top closer did $31k last month, just to be clear that does not mean you're guaranteed to hit that. No fake promises, this is not a "sipping margaritas on the beach while I make 20k/mo" role.
- Has to have experience selling lead gen (from a marketing ageny or a pay per lead agency)
- Has to have experience selling to home improvement companies (remodelers, roofers, painters etc)
- Has to be hungry and willing to put in the work.
- We DO NOT tolerate average, if you're not looking to become the best performing rep, don't bother.
A bit about us, we run a hybrid pay per lead/ agency company, our avg AOV is $30k cc paid upfront for lead and appt packages, clients pay on a monthly or weekly basis depending on deal size. Our average client is doing $6M/yr, with our biggest is doing $80m/yr as a franchisor.
We'll provide all the coaching and training resources, you just need to want it.
