HELP W Real Estate ads
I've got two real estate agencies in my area that are willing to run 1k ad spend w me for one month trial. My goal is to get them listings. Where is a good place to start regarding the ad process. I have some ideas on where to start but any references or info you all can share w me is welcome. I am specifically looking for examples of successful ads, ad strategy and general info on what cost of acquisition of a customer and numbers I should aim for on my Facebook and tik tok ad campaigns. I am very early in this so I could be missing some context 😅 any advice is welcome 🙏
