Comp:
15% on all first-time payments
5% recurring on all MRR — no cap, paid bi-weekly
OTE: $100K–$200K+ Year 1. Top closers $250K+ Year 2.
Requirements: → 2+ years closing experience → Go High Level (no training wheels) → You know wholesaling/real estate investing — non-negotiable → Available U.S. business hours → Passionate about real estate, not just chasing a check
