STOP CHASING NEW WORKOUTS
One of the biggest mistakes I see women make when they're trying to change their bodies?
They change their workouts too often.
A workout doesn't stop working just because you've done it before.
In fact, repeating many of the same exercises for a period of time gives you the opportunity to actually get better at them.
🦋 BUILD STRENGTH — You can gradually increase weight, reps, or improve your execution.
🦋 TRACK PROGRESS — It's much easier to see whether you're improving when you're repeating key movements.
🦋 IMPROVE TECHNIQUE — Practice matters. Better movement quality can help you get more out of an exercise.
🦋 CREATE PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD — Your muscles need a reason to adapt. Gradually asking them to do more provides that stimulus.
🦋 GET RESULTS — Consistency gives your training enough time to actually work.
Variety isn't bad. Randomness is.
A good training program should have structure, progression, and enough consistency for you to measure whether you're getting stronger.
🦋 TODAY'S CAMPUS QUESTION
