Tomorrow is day one of the 21 day S.I.T and lift challenge and there’s 21 beautiful ladies all togther!!😍
What does your lifting schedule look like with your added 2-3 sit days?

My schedule for the challenge is:
💪🏽Monday - full body lifting heavy - failing at 10-12 reps
💥Tuesday - sprint 5 rounds/mobility
💪🏽Wednesday- full body heavy lifting , 10-12 reps
💥Thursday - sprint 5 rounds
💪🏽Friday - full body heavy lifting, 10-12 reps
😴 Saturday- Rest
😴Sunday - Rest /mobility
