Intro
Hi everyone!
My name is Kristin. 42 year old dog trainer from Oklahoma. I had a tubal ligation in my 30’s and then an ablation a few years later. I’m interested in learning all about what changes to expect headed into peri menopause. Since I don’t have a “monthly” visitor anymore I’ve realized it’s become much harder to recognize these changes and need to be more in tune to my body. Thanks for having me here! Excited to learn with you all!
