Tips for creating a sustainable sitting month.
I loved the comments from Kylee about how she is able to keep the sitting month sustainable for her. I know she lives in a remote area, where it can be difficult to have access to all the ingredients. It can be trial and error regarding what ingredients are available and what replacements might be the best option. There are some recipes that might need to be skipped altogether because of lack of ingredients. That is okay. It is better to skip something than to stress about certain ingredients. The same goes for food preferences. If there are some recipes that don't fit your taste/texture preferences/ or desire, skip them and move on to the next recipe. The recipe index is great for that.
