It can be easy to think it is not necessary to finish the month when the body starts to feel good, but remember, you feel good because of what you are doing. Tips for creating a sustainable sitting month.
I loved the comments from Kylee about how she is able to keep the sitting month sustainable for her. I know she lives in a remote area, where it can be difficult to have access to all the ingredients. It can be trial and error regarding what ingredients are available and what replacements might be the best option. There are some recipes that might need to be skipped altogether because of lack of ingredients. That is okay. It is better to skip something than to stress about certain ingredients. The same goes for food preferences. If there are some recipes that don't fit your taste/texture preferences/ or desire, skip them and move on to the next recipe. The recipe index is great for that. If you are wondering where all the recipes are, they are actually found on the website. https://thesittingmonth.com/ Everyone will apply The Sitting Month in a different way. If you would like to share anything about how you are applying the things you are learning please share. It might be helpful for someone in the group.💛

Congrats to 2 new moms!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! I wanted to congratulate 2 moms in our community, Kylee and McKelle. You both had your babies within 1 day of each other! You might even be on the same day in The Sitting Month course. I would love to start a conversation of what is going well for both of you and what is hard. It's ok to be honest. I realize you both have different experiences but might be able to encourage one another in the process. If you are open to sharing in our community. The 28 Day Reset: Postpartum Bitter Tea
Hey everyone! Tuesday November 25th @ 1:00pm MDT will be the next workshop🥰. We will be focusing on the body's ability to reset, have a fresh start, after giving birth. Also, the ways that Medicinal Bitter Tea in Traditional Chinese Medicine assists the body to reset. We will be doing a live SKOOL call.
