So what is a niche... and why do you need one?
- A niche is where a specific person meets a specific problem and you guide them to a specific transformation.
- Once you know the specific transformation you help people achieve, it becomes much easier to build a list of them...
- Ideally, a niche is 3,000 people or smaller.
