Questions about hiring someone
Hey guys, how do you guys vet your candidates before hiring them full time?
Do you:
- Hire them part time and then decide based on motivation
- Run trainings before hiring them
- Hire after 2/3 interviews
I'm trying to see what would be the best approach to hire a media buyer/ad strategist
