How do you organize your campaigns based on creative volume?
Here's what I'm currently doing but I see many service-based leaders running a different campaign structure, I'll go over both below: OUR STRUCTURE: CBO -> Broad Adset (Per concept*) -> 5 Ads *Each concept contains 5 ads / and we create around 6/8 concepts per month for a client That's it, so it would be a single CBO with around 10 adsets with 5 ads each - then we put the winners inside another adset and the campaign works as both scaling and testing, this is what we use but I feel like this is more of an eCommerce approach. Everything optimized for qualified calls NOW HERE'S WHAT I SEE FROM OTHERS: CBO -> 3 Adsets (Broad/Interests/LLAs) -> As many ads as you have Why do I feel like I need to change this approach? Well in B2B SaaS calls are more expensive and obviously you need to spend more money and at the same time, in different mentorships they push this structure as well.
Have you guys started building pages with Claude? What are the best prompts you use
Also, do you build your clients' (or own) pages on GoHighLevel or other platforms?

Yes please! Would be awesome to see a walkthrough - but I imagine you: 1. Take a landing page example, 2. Screenshot it 3. Upload to Claude 4. Get the code 5. Paste into GOHL HTML Blocks Am I right?
VSL for B2B SaaS
Hey Jake, wanted to have your take on this, do you think a VSL funnel is a good mechanism to book calls in the b2b saas space?

@Jake Roper I was thinking of applying yours with our clients if we ever wanted to broaden the funnel - I think what you're doing is great: Lead magnet -> vsl -> calendar -> thank you Since ad to VSL/Calendar goes straight to bottom of funnel, lead magnet would capture even more people, but this would be great applying if we want to get even more people into the ecosystem. Then do you optimize for qualified call right? Or optimize for lead magnet download?
