For some reason we get it in our heads that every post, call, or comment has to educate or inform, when the whole premise of Skool is community. When you host a no agenda coffee hour (or whatever you want to call it) you give people permission to be human.

Even if your community is a business building community, by and large people won't stick around if it feels more like a second job rather than a group of like-minded people vibing and thriving together!
