Hey Admin Skool! I've reached out to a few of you about scheduling a community audit call and getting free feedback. While doing so I had this thought. Would it be helpful to host a Community Audit/Co-Working Call on the calendar? The time would basically just be open to whoever wants to jump on and have a second set of eyes take a look over their community and get feedback AND/OR just jump on so you have someone to work alongside while you work on your community. I know this would help me from both an accountability and a brainstorming perspective. It's nice to have someone to bounce ideas off of. Who's down?

Had an amazing coffee hour this morning with @Mark Eldridge! As a recovering control freak I'm blown away by how much inspiration, idea sharing, and synergy is created in these no agenda calls. Just people coming together to check in with each other and chat turns into actionable takeaways. If you are not running a no agenda coffee (or maybe Chamomile tea @Vickie Padavano?) hour (which can actually just be 30 mins) call in your community, I highly encourage you to! For some reason we get it in our heads that every post, call, or comment has to educate or inform, when the whole premise of Skool is community. When you host a no agenda coffee hour (or whatever you want to call it) you give people permission to be human. Even if your community is a business building community, by and large people won't stick around if it feels more like a second job rather than a group of like-minded people vibing and thriving together! So, how are your coffee hours going? If you're not hosting one, is there anything holding you back?
