For me, the challenge is finding the right balance between posting regularly and making time to prioritize replies and deeper discussions.
Do This Sunday… and Your Entire Week Will be BETTER
Hello Admin Skoolers! I have received permission from our leader, @Deleted to cross-post this original article I wrote, from my community, The 28 Day Action Plan™ What I am sharing here I is my personal system for Sunday night prep to keep my 7-person, multigenerational household running so that our week runs on time efficiently, maximizing opportunities to connect, enjoy our family, and get things done, while minimizing stress and forgetting things. **PARENT NOTE: I have younger kids and older kids. I make each of them responsible for individual age appropriate items on this list, I am not doing all this myself.** It starts Sunday afternoon. After church is over, we have had our lunch and some play time outside. I set aside some time before dinner to prep for the coming week. FORWARD PLANNING is the secret ingredient. Investing time in Sunday prep gives you HOURS of time back during the week. Here’s what I lock in every Sunday. This doesn't have to be done all in one block. Very often I sprinkle it in throughout the day. 1. I REVIEW MY ENTIRE WEEK BEFORE MONDAY MORNING HITS. (10 min) I grab a cup of tea. Then: check my calendar, email, text chains, kids' school schedules, appointments, weather. I scan for what’s coming up. Flag conflicts that have arisen since Friday. Fix them. 2. I REMOVE MONDAY MORNING DECISIONS. (20 - 60 min) My clothes and my kids' school uniforms for Monday and Tuesday are prepared. If needed, I do a load of laundry. I make sure I can locate my wallet, purse, keys. If they're not by the door (in their zone) I put them there. Monday's shoes and bags are prepped and put by the door. Homework status - checked and verified for the kids. Kids backpacks cleared out, checked, and by the door. I check my car for fuel level / charge level and take action if needed. 3. I RESET MY HOME ENVIRONMENT. (10 - 30 min) Kitchen cleared. Sinks empty. Trash out.

Your Sunday system is such a powerful example of how intentional prep creates peace and productivity all week long. The “forward planning” principle works, with simple, doable steps that make a huge difference.
