Just completed my Biological Foundation worksheet and discovered something I didn't expect. My sleep is actually solid. My movement is decent. But my nutrition? That's where the real work is - and it's not really about food. It's about whether I'm worth cooking a proper meal for when I'm the only one eating. This week's commitment: drive home a different route to avoid the Lidl bakery, and cook one nutritionally balanced meal for just me.
