My lowest Harmony dimension: Social Connections — this is the area that needs the most love and attention. I want to become more intentional about the relationships I choose and make them a source of connection and joy rather than another responsibility.
Wind-down pattern I noticed: I tend to keep thinking about unfinished tasks, responsibilities, and things I need to organize. Instead of completely switching off, my mind continues managing and planning.
Morning pattern I noticed: My mornings have become more intentional.
I decided to close my open loops: because having too many unfinished things—papers, courses, financial matters, personal belongings, and decisions—keeps taking up mental space. I want to choose what is truly important, finish what I can, and consciously let go of what I no longer need.
What surprised me: I realized that my mental clutter is not only about having too many things to do. My mind seems to stay in a constant state of managing, organizing, anticipating, and solving. Even when nothing is urgently happening, I can still feel as if I need to be doing something.
