Day 2 Done!
The mask I’ve been wearing most: The good, responsible, and quiet one — the person who tries to keep everyone happy, avoid upsetting others, and handle everything herself.
How exhausting it’s been: It wasn’t exhaustingو because I didn’t realize I was wearing a mask. It was simply the way I learned to be. But as I grew older and became more aware of myself, and the pattern continued, I started questioning it: Why do I do this? Why do I feel like I have to do everything? Why is it so difficult for me to say no, ask for help, or simply rest? Why do I feel responsible for everything and everyone? Why I am exhausted and overwhelmed.
What I loved as a kid (before the masks): I loved playing teacher, playing with dolls, and playing with my sister.
