I just wanted to tell you
Regulating emotions is harder before the period even if you've prioritised yourself and have had 100 bubble baths and chocolate bars.
But sometimes that's all you can do - make yourself comfortable while waiting the storm to pass. And that's perfectly enough too and not a reflection of your shortcomings. ❣️
