Hi I'm Tessa, I'm the co-founder of Start1000. I am a UCL School of Management MSc Entrepreneurship graduate, there, I designed entrepreneurial ecosystem and accelerator models inspired by MIT, Imperial, and NTU. I've worked across venture capital and startup accelerators, including Unrest and Sultan Equity Fund, supporting early-stage founders with validation, go-to-market strategy, and investment readiness. I've also co-organised UCL’s SustainTech Pitch Competition and Women in Entrepreneurship events, helping student and first-time founders build confidence and launch impactful ventures. I'm passionate about helping new founders turn ideas into real companies through clear frameworks, hands-on guidance, and supportive community.
