Tessa Beishuizen is the co-founder of Accretor Dynamics and a UCL School of Management MSc Entrepreneurship graduate, where she designed entrepreneurial ecosystem and accelerator models inspired by MIT, Imperial, and NTU. She has worked across venture capital and startup accelerators — including Unrest and Sultan Equity Fund — supporting early-stage founders with validation, go-to-market strategy, and investment readiness. She has also co-organised UCL’s SustainTech Pitch Competition and Women in Entrepreneurship events, helping student and first-time founders build confidence and launch impactful ventures. Tessa is passionate about helping new founders turn ideas into real companies through clear frameworks, hands-on guidance, and supportive community.
