Got My First ERP Client… But don't know what to do? (help me)
Guys, I’m a beginner digital marketer and I just landed my first client — an ERP software company. My role is to handle their social media marketing. I know how to manage Instagram (posts, carousels, reels), X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and I can do market analysis and competitor research. We’ll also start running ads soon. But I’m confused about one thing: should I be doing more to deliver the best results? Things like cold emails, AI agents, building an email system, or even cold calls? My client doesn’t know about these and told me that posting on Instagram, X, and LinkedIn is enough for now, and later we can run ads.But for a B2B ERP business… isn’t that too limited? They want to focus mainly on Instagram, but for B2B/ERP, LinkedIn is usually the main platform. I can bring organic growth (slow, obviously), but I can’t guarantee clients. They don’t expect guaranteed leads, but of course, if I generate any, it’s great for me. There’s so much happening in this field and I feel a bit lost. My client thinks this is enough, but I feel like I should be doing more.If you were in my place, what would you do? Also, please drop some strategies for: - Growing followers for B2B brands - Closing ERP clients online - Skills I should learn for this - Best YouTubers/channels to follow - Courses/books you recommend

Alex Hormozi, Claims to know it all ?.
He never pretends to know it all. ( I rewatched the launch and confirmed it) One thing that stood out to me is how Alex is always learning. He doesn’t act like the finished product. He admits when he’s testing something new or when something didn’t go as planned. He once said, “I don’t want to be right, I want to get it right.” That humility hit me hard. It’s a powerful reminder that curiosity beats ego. You’ll notice he surrounds himself with people smarter than him in specific areas , a mark of real leadership. That’s what it means to practice what you preach. He lives in the learner’s seat, and that’s why he keeps evolving.

How Alex Hormozi launch was flawless..
He builds systems, not motivation. Alex doesn’t sell hype; he builds frameworks. Every lesson he teaches is rooted in structure ,?offers, hiring, tracking, leverage. He always says, “Motivation gets you started, systems keep you going.” When you study how he runs Acquisition.com, you realise he’s not relying on energy he’s relying on process. Did you see the greenman machine?. Smooth operators. That’s the reason he can scale without burning out. It reminded me to stop trying to ‘feel motivated’ and instead design systems that work even when I don’t feel like working. That’s what sustainable success looks like.

What Trend is Alex Hormozi chasing?
I’m sure you have noticed that Alex & Leila don’t chase trends. Alex said once, “Principles don’t expire.” And when you study his work, that truth becomes clear. While others jump on every new social fad, he sticks to timeless ideas: create value, build offers, earn trust. That’s why his lessons stay relevant. He reminds us that business isn’t about being first; it’s about being right. Every time I see a new ‘hack’ go viral, I remember how he focuses on the fundamentals. It’s a good reminder to build depth, not just noise.
